but building them, transforming them and making them work.

From engineer to business unit leader,

I have gone through all levels myself.

Since 2020, I have brought this experience together in iROSSi.

My name is Rossen Iliev.

It has never been about individual functions –

but about how the system works as a whole.

I don’t work on isolated topics.

so that functioning systems can emerge.

If needed, I also go beyond that.

From understanding the problem

to developing solutions

that also work in reality,

building prototypes,

organizing testing

and bringing them into production –

including selecting the right partners and suppliers.
